How this calculator works
The purchased amount is the advance multiplied by the factor rate. For example, $50,000 × 1.35 = $67,500, so the cost is $17,500.
The estimated annualized cost (illustrative) depends on how quickly that amount is remitted. A shorter term means a higher annualized cost for the same factor rate. It is not an APR.
Frequently asked questions
Is the annualized cost the same as an APR?
No. It is an illustrative estimate based on your inputs and an assumed remittance schedule. It is not an APR or a disclosure from any funder.
Why does a shorter term cost more per year?
The total cost is fixed by the factor rate. Remitting it faster means you have the money for less time, which raises the annualized cost.
What do the industry presets do?
They prefill typical inputs for health centers, bus companies, restaurants and ethnic retailers. Adjust every value to match your business.
Does the result mean I qualify?
No. The calculator is educational. Each funder makes its own decision based on its own review.
